Ben Ross Public School Academy is governed by the Ben Ross Public School Academy Board of Education. BRPSA is a public charter school recognized by the Michigan Department of Education. The charter is held by Bay Mills and has established a contract with Edison Schools to manage the building and our educational program.

The Board of Education meets the second Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in cafetorium of the school. Meetings are open and the public is invited to attend. Public discussion of business before the board is welcome within the confines of the established meeting procedures.
