We are now accepting applications for Kindergarten through Grade Eight for the 2009-2010 academic year. Applying students must be five years of age by December 1, 2009 and must be Michigan residents.

Verification of age and place of birth must be submitted when a child applies at Ben Ross Public School Academy.  Any one of the following forms will be accepted: 

1. ★  Original Birth Certificate,
   

2. ★  Original Immunization Card
   

3. ★  Valid ID of the legal parent or proof of guardianship
   

4. ★  Recent Report Card  - Kindergarten Excluded 
   

All Kindergarten students must have a completed Health Appraisal form signed by a physician.  All students must  provide an up-to-date record of immunizations.
